Green Valley Speedway Rainout/ Cancellation Policy

We  never have nor ever will  cut a purse, when our racers race their feature they get paid the full share of what we posted!

We are about racing and not canceling races, if at all possible we always choose to race.

On weekly shows and Special Events such as the

Bama Bash or Crate Nationals we make every effort possible to get the show in!

We will be ready for the 2010 Bama Bash on Thursday Feb. 25th, so please make an extra effort to get here !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

• In case of a Friday Night Rain out, all classes that have not completed their feature will run them on the first Sunday Afternoon following the Rainout, starting @ 5:00 PM. , unless otherwise notified.
• (example if only 1 or 2 features need to be run we may run double features for them on the next Friday Night Program, instead of on that Sunday afternoon. 
• Wristbands & Rain Checks will only be honored as follows:  Classes that have not been completed (on Friday) will run their features on Sunday or on another announced make up date.
• All Pit  & Grandstand passes will expire once any feature is run in any Late Model Division (Crate, Super or Limited).
• There will be a $10 pit pass fee and a $5 Grandstand fee, for those with a Friday Night Rain Checks or Wristbands, when you enter for the Sunday Night make up date.
• In any event No Refunds to be given. No Exceptions.

We will always make every effort to run a scheduled event

and will post immediate updates on the website about decisions as to cancel or not.
