Track
Champions:
All Classes will have the class champion
determined by taking the total points earned
by each driver .
Coming on the race track to qualify or start a
race:
All cars will stage, by class, in the pit area just outside the track
entrance and are not to block the entrance. From there they will be directed
onto the track by the Track Official at the rear entrance. Drivers will come on
the track in a single file manner (you do not have to be in order at this time),
at least one car length apart, and go immediately past the flagstand, so that
transponders maybe checked. Once you pass the flagstand we ask that you attempt
to get in approximate starting position, if you are to start or qualify on the
inside go to the bottom of the track and if you are to start or qualify on the
outside row, go to the outside of the track. All Drivers will come to a complete
stop in turn 3 and await instructions from the tower. Your car number and or
name will be called out over the RaceCeiver and you are expected to immediately
move to your starting or qualifying position. If qualifying you will line up in
the infield by row and if starting a race you will immediately line up at the
front flagstand in your proper row and position.
Restarts Exact Procedure No Exceptions:
The leading car shall lead cars to the front straightaway in a smooth and
consistent manner. The race will be started or restarted, at the cone in front
of the flagstand. Any driver that jumps on the start or restart will be given no
warning and the driver will be sent back one row or his or her lap will not be
counted. There will be no simulation of a false start once you have passed turn
three. If any car including the leader approaches turn four or the flagstand in
anything other than a smooth manner he/she shall be considered to have committed
a false start and will be given no warning and will be sent back one row. You
are not to pass another car until after you have cleared the flagstand and any
car that does will be sent back one row on the restart. A second violation by
the same car will cause them to be black flagged and sent to the pits.
Protest Procedures: It is highly recommended that if you intend on conducting a protest
that the driver carries sufficient monies on them personally to conduct such a
protest, as the driver has a maximum of (5) minute after checkered flag to get
protest money to the Scale Official in the infield or a member of a drivers crew
to gets the protest money to the Track Official at the entrance. Once a car
leaves the track from the scale area a protest will not be allowed, unless the
car being protested fails to stop for a protest after being instructed to do so
by any Track Official. While a protest is being conducted only the protesting
driver & one representative of his/her choice and the protested driver with one
representative of his/her choice shall be allowed in the protest area. Any crew
member or person representing a driver will cause immediate disqualification of
their driver if they attempt to enter the infield or any part of the track area
without escort by a Track Official or prior Track Official approval. Any car
being protested and at the total discretion of the track may be impounded in the
track shop building until such time as it is convenient for the Track Technical
Personnel to conduct such protest inspection. In cases of impoundment the
protested car shall be escorted to the building by a Track Official and locked
in said building until inspection is convenient to the track. In some cases may
cause a both the protesting driver and the protested driver and their
representatives to wait until after the nights events to have the inspection
conducted. If either protested driver or protesting driver refuses to wait for
inspection, they will have been deemed to have defaulted and monies will be paid
out accordingly.

take place. If either the protestor or the driver being protested fails to agree
on a date or fails to show on an agreed upon date the party failing to show or
agree to a date will be considered the defaulting party. If protestor is in
default protested car will be considered legal and monies will be disbursed
accordingly. If protested car is in default, then car will be considered
illegal. Track gets 25% for each protest. 75% to prevailing driver. Driver

fees after the inspector notifies him that is being protested. The
driver/drivers have a one hour time limit to have his/her car ready for
inspection, once notified of protest. Failure to do so is grounds for

If you don’t specifically qualify for a specific
class “we reserve the right to place
you in the class that you are most qualified for and may require that you add
additional weight to your car or even refuse you the right to run in any class”.
It is the Drivers responsibility to know and meet the rules of each class before
you arrive and not the tracks responsibility to bend the rules to accommodate a
