GLENCOE, AL (7/10/07) -- The Green Valley Speedway Modified Pony divisions bounty will be a possible $1,000 on racer Brian Dodgen this coming Saturday night, July 14th. Despite the talented field a week ago Tuesday, Dodgen could not be denied yet another victory as over twenty racecars took to the track for the possible $750 payday. "We have now capped the regular bounty at the $500 mark, however we will raise it for this special night to $1,000, as long as twenty (20) Modified Pony Cars show up and are willing to pay a $25 entry fee to race." states GVS owner/promoter Dennis Harker.  If Dodgen wins he gets 50% of the special entry fee, with the other top finisher (2nd place, as long as they paid the entry fee) gets the other 50% bonus money. Racers are NOT required to pay the $25 entry fee, but can only be eligible for the $500. bounty by doing so. Dodgen has to finish the race for the original bounty carries over. The entry fee money will be added to the following weeks regular bounty. All eight divisions, topped by the REBEL Super Late Models and the FASTRAK TOP GUN Crate Late Models will be in competition this Saturday, July 14th.
